Deep breathing is a huge part of being present and at ease and it’s definitely the key to a powerful voice. And the good news is that, to breathe deeply, you don’t have to try very hard. In fact, don’t try at all— your body already knows how to breathe. This tip is to help make sure that there’s nothing getting in the way of your body breathing deeply, naturally, on its own, so that you don’t have to think about it.
